From the start of the treatment till the end I felt very comfortable with Nusaybah who kept me well informed and at ease with the treatment and the desired look I would like to go for. She took her time with the treatment and asked me how I’m feeling and if everything is okay every couple of minutes to make me feel assured. Had such a lovely experience with Monica! She was so welcoming, professional and explained everything really clearly. It was my first time at the clinic, and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the start. She took the time to understand my concerns, explain the treatment clearly, and answer any questions I had.

I was feeling slightly unwell on the day, but Nusaybah was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, regularly checking in and making sure I was comfortable throughout.

Update: A beautiful new clinic with professional and friendly service. I had my session with Hannah and looking forward to see results. PRF is my favourite treatment and has improved my undereyes so much!

However, now that I have been here multiple times the service never declined with being welcomed with a smile. Throughout my treatments time really flew away with lovely conversations with Hannah and Monica.
