PRP/PRF therapy process
- 10-30mls of blood is taken from the arm as during a blood test.
- The blood is then placed in a centrifuge, to spin the blood which separates the red blood cells from the platelet rich plasma/Fibrin.
- Upon re-injection, the platelets release the growth factors which trigger surrounding cells to reproduce, stimulating repair, increasing volume and rejuvenate the hair follicles.
- The whole treatment involves the tinniest of needle injections to the desired areas, requires virtually no healing time and reduces possible side effects to a minimum.
The treatment takes less than an hour.
